Welcome to ASSET EXPLORES ! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including local, provincial, national, and international tour packages. By booking a tour with us, you agree to abide by these terms.


1. General Terms

1.1. These terms apply to all customers booking tours with ASSET EXPLORES 

1.2. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

1.3. Travelers must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.

1.4. We are not responsible for any loss due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


2. Provincial Tours (Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, AJK)

2.1. Booking and Payment

  • A minimum deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the tour date.

2.2. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of departure incur a 50% charge.
  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure.

2.3. Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is optional but recommended.
  • Customers are responsible for their personal safety during tours.

2.4. Code of Conduct

  • Travelers must respect local laws and cultural values.
  • Alcohol and drugs are prohibited.

3. National Tours (Inter-Provincial Travel in Pakistan)

3.1. Booking and Confirmation

  • A 50% deposit is required for national tours.
  • Remaining payment is due 10 days before departure.

3.2. Changes and Cancellations

  • If the company cancels a tour, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a customer cancels, standard cancellation fees apply.

3.3. Transportation and Accommodation

  • We arrange accommodations based on availability and customer preferences.
  • Transport is provided via private vehicles, buses, or domestic flights.

3.4. Health and Safety

  • Customers with medical conditions must inform us in advance.
  • The company is not liable for personal injuries or illnesses during the tour.

4. International Tours

4.1. Visa and Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documents.
  • We provide guidance but do not guarantee visa approvals.

4.2. Payment and Cancellation

  • A 60% deposit is required for international tours.
  • Full payment must be completed 20 days before departure.
  • Cancellations within 10 days of departure are non-refundable.

4.3. Travel Insurance and Liability

  • Customers must purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies.
  • We are not responsible for changes in airline schedules or force majeure events.

4.4. Conduct and Compliance

  • Travelers must follow the laws of the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for any legal violations or fines incurred abroad.

5. Force Majeure

5.1. We are not responsible for disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

5.2. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled based on circumstances.


6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1. We collect personal data only for booking purposes.

6.2. Customer information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
